Bud beat me too it but here's a neat trick with the measure tool.

When you have a photo that needs rotating, either clockwise or counter clockwise, select the measure tool. Then draw a line with it (point at each end when drawn) along a tilted edge or the horizon that is tilted that you want to be square. Then go to IMAGE>ROTATE CANVAS>ARBITRARY. You will see that the amount of rotation is already calculauted for you by the line you have drawn with the measure tool. Click OK and your image is squared up. Crop to remove background color seen at edges. I usually set the background to white before starting this to make it easy to see what needs to be cropped out.

The neatest thing is that it gives you the rotation needed to 1/100 degree.

thats pretty neat, i got it down to 1 pixel rotation- this method would seem most accurate over alot of software from what i can see- though it looks to be very time consuming, but i can only stack 2 or 3 good images out of 400,000 subs anyway, so it doesnt matter in my case- LOL
