Saturn and Moon 9" TMB and DMK 21AF04

hi folks,
this is a first light image taken last night with my new planetary equipment:
DMK 21AF04 and Atif filterwheel with Astronomik filters.
seeing was not exactly at its best but it was fun to image solar sytem objects after all.

Wow! The moon shot is VERY crisp.

The resolution is rather nice despite the not so perfect seeing. You even managed to capture the rille that runs the length of the valley.

Both shots are very well done! The moon shot is especially impressive. It looks as if one is just hovering above the Moon rather than just viewing it through a telescope.

...and this is how saturn looked at f/9 ; seeing was less well.
nevertheless, the 4 moons are nicley visible:
from right to left:
titan, rhea, dione and thetys.

Some truly excellent photos, Dietmar!
I agree with the others that your Moon shots have excellent resolution and they don't any of the "3-D image without the glasses" look. Great contrast.
I suspect you'll do wonders with your new system!
